Yoghurt with Baked Pears and Seed Mix

Delicious baked pears with a cinnamon sauce on a bed of creamy walnut yoghurt. This recipe is perfect to treat your family and enjoy the pear season this autumn. Prepare it!

4 pears, bosch
1 lime
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
4 Oikos® nut yoghurt, 150 gr each
4 tablespoons Nature’S Heart® seed mix, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the pears in half and brush with a little lemon to prevent oxidation. Set aside.
In a small pot, melt the butter with sugar and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
Place the pears on a baking tray and drizzle with a bit of the cinnamon sauce.
Bake the pears for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve on a bed of Oikos® Walnut Yoghurt, and garnish with Nature’s Heart® Nut Mix.
