Yogurt Cake
A delicious cake made using a yogurt cup as a measure for the different ingredients. Very easy and quick to make. Plus, it's delicious.

3 eggs
1 yogurt, with lemon
1 vegetable oil, (measured with the yogurt cup)
2 sugar, (measured with the yogurt cup)
3 flour, (measured with the yogurt cup)
lime zest
16 grams baking powder
unsalted butter , for greasing the mold

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the 3 eggs with the yogurt. Add 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of oil, and mix well.
Add 3 cups of sifted flour and the baking powder to the mixture. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Grease the mold with margarine and sprinkle flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
