Yogurt Gelatin with Green Apple Compote

Prepare these delicious cups of green apple gelatin, made with light yogurt gelatin and a tasty apple compote with cinnamon that gives it a delightful twist. It's perfect for a snack!

  • 1 box D’Gari® light green apple gelatin dessert, (25 g)
  • 1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling) 1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 box D’Gari® light gelatin light green apple yoghurt flavor, 25 g
  • 1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling) 1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 2 green apples, in cubes and with skin
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cups water, fried 1/3 cups water, fried
  • 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves

  • Hydrate the D’Gari® light green apple flavored gelatin with ½ liter of water at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and mix.
  • Fill half of each cup with the gelatin and refrigerate until set.
  • Meanwhile, dissolve the D’Gari® light apple yogurt flavored gelatin with ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix. Cool, making sure it doesn't set.
  • Fill the cups, leaving only ¼ of the cup empty, and refrigerate until set.
  • For the compote, cook the apples in a pot with the cornstarch dissolved in water, add honey and spices, and cook until the apples are tender. Cool.
  • Pour two to three tablespoons of compote into each glass and garnish with cinnamon.
