350 grams lard
1 pinch black pepper powder
350 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
350 grams all-purpose wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 grams cream cheese
3 tablespoons raw ham, powder
2 tablespoons basil
Preparation

Place the butter, pepper, and cheese in the mixer.
Incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Make a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
Roll out to 1/2 cm thick and cut circles with a 4 cm diameter cutter.
To one of the tops, make a center with a much smaller cutter.
Then, place the circles of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 12 to 15 minutes. (They should not take color as they would become bitter)
Remove from the oven and cool. Fill with the cream cheese mixture for spreading and with the raw ham powder.
Decorate with a basil leaf.
