Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix with a whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
Melt the butter in a pan, add a scoop of the mixture, and cook for 2 minutes on both sides.
For the head and legs: cut the banana lengthwise, cut two pieces for the legs; one medium for the face and one large for the neck. Use a strip of strawberry for the mouth and a chocolate chip for the eye.
Cut two strawberries in half for the spikes.
Use a piece of mango for the dinosaur's tail.
Decorate the pancake with blueberries and chocolate chips, strawberry flowers, and more chocolate chips.
Decorate the plate with some strawberry flowers and crushed cookies.
