  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped into very small pieces
  • 2 cups Strawberry ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons Smuckers® strawberry jam
  • 1/3 cups whole milk
  • whipped cream, to decorate
  • Smuckers® strawberry jam, to decorate
  • strawberries, chocolate covered
  • chocolate, grated, for garnish

  • Mix the chocolate and the hot cream with the help of a spatula or miserable and let it cool, it should be a liquid consistency, but a little thick.
  • Blend the strawberry ice cream with the milk and the Strawberry Smucker's® Jam, until obtaining a medium-thick texture.
  • In a cold glass, decorate with the chocolate syrup and pour 1/3 of the milkshake, pour more chocolate syrup and repeat until finished.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, Strawberry Smuckers® Jam, strawberry and grated chocolate.
