Angel's kiss is a very popular flavor in Mexican cuisine, as there are cakes, ice creams, sweets and even drinks, which are prepared with cherry, walnut, brandy or rum and milk.

At Kiwilimón we are fascinated by angel's kiss ice cream , so we created a carlota of the same flavor and now we also share a drink with this flavor, try it!

  • whipped cream, to frost
  • walnuts, finely chopped, to frost
  • ice cubes
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups cherry syrup
  • 2 ounces cherry liqueur
  • 2 ounces rum
  • cherries, to decorate
Preparation

Low
  • Blend the ice, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cherry syrup, cherry liqueur and rum at medium speed for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  • Frost the glass with whipped cream and chopped walnut.
  • Pour the mixture into the frosted glass and decorate with a cherry.
