  • 1/2 lemons, without shell
  • 1 cup apple juice

  • In a blender: Fill 3/4 chopped cabbage, a little ginger without the peel, half a yellow lemon without the peel but with white skin, the cup of apple juice and ice to taste.
  • Blend everything, strain and go.
