Guava and Mint Smoothie

This drink is rich in vitamin C and the touch of mint makes it super refreshing.

  • 2 cups guava
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint
  • 2 limes, get the juice
  • sugar, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups water, cool
  • ice cubes, to taste

  • Cut the tips of the guava. Cut in half and with a spoon remove the center or seeds.
  • Mix the ingredients in the blender. Add crushed ice and sugar to taste, mix until smooth.
  • To serve.
