Red Velvet Hot Chocolate

Prepare this rich red velvet hot chocolate, made with Ades® Chocolate with a scent of vanilla and cinnamon. In addition to delicious, it has an original presentation with the color division.

  • 4 cups Ades® chocolate soy milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, diluted in cold water
  • 150 grams white chocolate
  • red food coloring
  • mini marshmallows, to decorate

  • Heat in an Ades® Chocolate pot, add the cinnamon stick, vanilla essence and cornstarch.
  • Divide into two parts, to one add the white chocolate and a little red vegetable dye, to another add only red dye, taking care that one is more intense than another.
  • Pour the mixtures into a cup taking care that they do not combine.
  • Decorate with big and small chocolates.
