1 orange, the shell
1 1/2 cups hibiscus flower
1/2 piloncillos
2 apples, chopped into squares
1/2 cups plum, boneless
1/2 cans evaporated milk

Heat the water with the orange peel and cinnamon until the first boil. Turn off and add the jamaica, let stand three minutes and strain.
Heat the previous mixture with the piloncillo until it is about to boil, add the apples and plums and let warm until they are soft.
Add the evaporated milk and turn off.
