4 orange peels, Sliced peel
4 cups red wine
1 1/2 cups kirsch
1 1/2 cups water
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 sticks cinnamon

Boil the wine, kirsch and water in a large pot.
Add in a cloth to infuse the species and husks during the cooking of the wine).
Let simmer for 10 minutes and the drink is ready to be served.
