Time to get back on the fitness rails again! This healthy chia berry shake is perfect to detox your body after a cheat day, or week, on your diet. There isn’t a better combo than raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds to make a natural and refreshing beverage.

  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • peppermint, for garnish
