Alfredo Chicken Rolls in Baking Dish

  • 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, in cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 leaves bay, for the lasagna
  • 2 teaspoons salt, for the lasagna
  • 15 sheets lasagna sheets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for greasing
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until it releases fat and browns, then add the butter, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, and cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from the skillet, and cool slightly.
  • Cook the pasta with salt and bay leaf in a pot of water over medium heat until “al dente.”
  • Place the lasagna sheets on a board and fill with the chicken mixture.
  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil, place a layer of rolls, cover with sour cream, half of the cheese, and parsley. Arrange the second layer of rolls on top and cover, decorate with parsley. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot.
