  • 600 grams pork ribs, Amara
  • 200 milliliters BBQ sauce
  • 2 grams sea ​​salt
  • 3 grams ground black pepper
  • 3 onions
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 20 grams honey
  • 3 leeks
  • tomato, dry, in oil
  • 200 grams red cabbage
  • 10 orange wedges

  • Clean the Amara pork ribs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Using a brush, coat the entire Amara pork rib and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Place it on the grill for about 10 minutes on each side or to your desired doneness. If desired, you can continue brushing the meat with more sauce during cooking.
