  • Season the chicken fajitas with salt and seasoning to taste; set aside.
  • Preheat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken fajitas and cook for about 8 minutes.
  • Wash and chop the bell peppers into small cubes; remove the juice from the corn and set aside in another container.
  • Heat the tomatillos on a griddle.
  • Serve the fajita mixture on each tortilla and add the toppings along with the dressing to taste.
