In a saucepan over medium heat, place the chicken and water for 8 minutes.
With a knife, cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Cook the sweet potato and peas with the chicken for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Remove the chicken, sweet potato, and peas from the liquid. Reserve the liquid.
In a food processor or blender, place the chicken, sweet potato, and peas, and process until smooth. If you need water, add a little of the cooking liquid.
