Celebrate Christmas with family with these delicious Christmas sausages. They have a rich sweet and sour flavor that will surprise you. Everyone will want to try them!
1 tablespoon butter, in medium cubes, to cook the sausages
2 cups shaker sausage
1 cup canned pineapple, in small cubes
chives, finely chopped

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
Add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pineapple juice. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until thickened. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add the pineapple and the sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes. Set aside.
Serve the Christmas sausages in a bowl and garnish with finely chopped green onion.
