Cucumber Sushi

Try this cucumber sushi recipe filled with a mixture of spicy gummies and diced mango. Additionally, it's a fresh, delicious, spicy snack full of flavor, so both kids and adults will love it.

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 cup gummy worm enchiladas, for the filling
  • 1 cup spicy gummy bears, for the filling
  • 1 cup spicy gummy rings, for the filling
  • 1 cup pulparindos, for the filling
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1 cup mango, in small cubes
  • chamoy, to cover
  • chamoy powder, to cover
  • lime, for serving

  • Peel the cucumber and set aside.
  • Hollow out the cucumber without reaching the other end and set aside.
  • Add the gummies and pulparindo to a pot over medium heat, then heat while stirring until they dissolve. Then, add the gelatin, mix and let it cool.
  • Fill the cucumbers with the diced mango and the previous preparation. Refrigerate the cucumber sushi for 30 minutes.
  • Dip the cucumber in chamoy and then in chili piquín, pressing the cucumber to compact the chili and make it stick. Cut the cucumber sushi into thick slices, place on a board and serve with lime.
