Sopes are a Mexican snack, known by different names depending on the state where they are consumed. They are originally fried in lard and can be filled in many ways; in this case, the filling is chicken.
Knead the dough (add a little water if necessary) and form small balls, use a tortilla press to make the sope (remember to place the dough between 2 pieces of plastic) and press the sides to form a small dish.
Fry the small sopes in hot oil, you can leave them well browned or half soft.
Place on absorbent paper to eliminate excess grease.
Spread a teaspoon of beans on each sope.
On the beans, place a portion of cooked shredded chicken making a volcano shape.
Garnish with lettuce, cream, grated cheese, and tomato on each sope.
