Delicious Walnut Kisses

Walnut kisses are very easy to make cookies, they have a crumbly texture, dissolve easily in your mouth, and are perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 3/4 cups butter, (280 g) softened at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups pecans, toasted and chopped into small pieces

  • In a bowl, mix the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using a spatula. Gradually add the dry ingredients, the flour and salt, and finally add the walnuts and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes so the dough reaches the right consistency for handling.
  • With your hands, form balls of approximately 10 grams and place them spaced out on a greased and floured tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • Once you take them out of the oven, let them cool and roll them in powdered sugar.
