  • 2 cups cherry tomato
  • salt
  • fines herbs
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice berry
  • 1/2 tablespoons oregano

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and remove seeds.
  • Place the cherry tomatoes on the air fryer rack and season with salt and fine herbs.
  • Dehydrate the tomatoes at 80 °C for 3 hours.
  • Remove them and let them rest on a tray for 15 minutes.
  • Place the garlic, allspice, oregano, and cherry tomatoes in an airtight container. Fill with olive oil.
