  • 2 cups potato, peeled, cubed, and cooked
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups milk

  • 2 cups turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen vegetable
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until slightly golden, then add the potatoes and heavy cream. Mash until you achieve a mashed potato consistency, then incorporate the cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix and remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a small cast-iron skillet, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the flour and cook for 2 more minutes or until golden brown. Incorporate the turkey, vegetables, and milk and cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Finally, add the cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix. Place a layer of mashed potatoes over the turkey cake.
  • Place the cake in an air fryer tray and cook at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
