Place the bread on a cutting board, spread a little cream cheese, add the strawberries, and roll it up.
In a bowl, mix the egg with the milk, dip the roll-ups in the egg and remove the excess. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, cook the roll-ups for 5 minutes.
Place the roll-ups on a plate with sugar and cinnamon, roll the roll-ups in the mixture.
Serve the roll-ups with mixed berries, milk, and orange juice.
