  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1/4 onions
  • 7 tomatillos
  • 10 árbol chiles
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig cilantro

  • Cook the chicken in a pot with water, onion, and salt for 30 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the pot and shred. Set aside.
  • Cook the tomatoes and árbol chiles in a pot with water until soft.
  • Blend the tomatoes, árbol chiles, garlic, cilantro, and salt. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken with a bit of the sauce. Set aside.
