  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 20 milliliters olive oil
  • 2 grams pepper, to taste
  • 2 grams salt, to taste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 1/2 kilos corn tortillas

  • Boil the hibiscus flower until all the color is released.
  • In a saucepan, add olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion.
  • Add the drained hibiscus flower until everything is integrated. Add the tomato.
