How to make chicken seasoning?

  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 chicken breast, with skin, boneless

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the red onion and garlic for a few minutes. Then, add the chicken breast, potato, zucchini, and carrot, pour in the wine, season with salt and pepper, and cover the pot. Cook the ingredients for 10 minutes or until well cooked.
  • Blend the vegetables, chicken, and previously dehydrated herbs.
  • Place a silicone mat or non-stick paper on a tray and spread the previous mixture. Bake at 120 °C for about 4 hours, and then pass the previous mixture through a food processor or blender.
