Mac & Cheese with Cheetos Flamin Hot

  • 1 cup elbow pasta, small
  • 2 cups Cheetos, flamin hot
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups table cream, for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Heat the water in a pot over high heat, when it reaches boiling point add the salt and the elbows, cook until soft. Drain and set aside.
  • Place the Cheetos Flamin Hot in a resealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. Set aside.
  • Heat a pot over medium heat, cook the bacon until browned, add the onion and sauté. Incorporate the chicken broth, garlic powder, cream cheese and mix until melted.
  • Add the cream, cheeses and cook until the sauce thickens and the cheeses melt. Add the elbows and mix without overcooking.
  • Serve the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with the Cheetos, enjoy.
