Mexican Sausage Cocktail

  • 2 cups pork sausage
  • 3 guajillo chiles
  • 3 árbol chiles
  • salt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/4 bunches cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • avocado, for garnish
  • crackers, for accompaniment

  • Hydrate the chiles in hot water.
  • Blend the chiles with a bit of the soaking water and salt.
