3 guajillo chiles

1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Cut the sausages into small pieces.
Hydrate the chiles in hot water.
Blend the chiles with a bit of the soaking water and salt.
Finely chop the tomato, onion, and cilantro.
In a bowl, mix the sausage, chile sauce, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Serve and garnish with avocado. Accompany with crackers.
