  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups potato , in small cubes, cooked
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups peas, frozen
