Potato Puree with Broccoli

Delicious potato puree with broccoli, it's a favorite among all kids.

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 potato, cooked, peeled, and chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Cook the potato in the broth until it's ready. Set aside and mash.
  • Cook the broccoli in the same broth until tender.
  • Cook the spinach until soft.
  • Blend the broccoli and spinach with a little of the broth.
  • Mix the mashed potato with the blended broccoli and spinach. Add salt.
