Red Berry Chamoyada

Turn the classic chamoyadas upside down with the amazing flavor of red berries. Forget about the heat and treat your loved ones with this incredible recipe of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry chamoyada.

  • 1 kilo mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cups chamoy
  • 1/2 cups lime, for rimming
  • 1/4 cups piquín chile, for rimming
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped, for garnish
  • peppermint, for garnish

  • In the blender, add the mix of frozen red berries, lemon, sugar, and if necessary, a splash of water to make a smooth mixture.
  • Freeze the mixture for 20 minutes.
  • Rim a glass with lemon juice and chili powder.
  • Serve the red berry mixture in the rimmed glass and top with chopped strawberries. Decorate with mint leaves.
