Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash and disinfect, making sure to remove all dirt.
Wrap each beetroot in a square of aluminum foil along with a little salt and a drizzle of oil.
Bake until the beetroot is very soft and the skin comes off easily.
Peel the beetroot and place it in the food processor or blender to achieve a puree consistency.
