Roasted Beetroot Puree

This puree is very nutritious, your baby will love it for its great flavor and vibrant colors.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Wash and disinfect, making sure to remove all dirt.
  • Wrap each beetroot in a square of aluminum foil along with a little salt and a drizzle of oil.
  • Bake until the beetroot is very soft and the skin comes off easily.
  • Peel the beetroot and place it in the food processor or blender to achieve a puree consistency.
