Wash, disinfect, and peel the carrots.
Cut into equal pieces and place in a pan with enough water to just cover the carrots.
Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Blend until you achieve a smooth puree using a bit of the cooking water.
Serve just a few spoonfuls on a plate.
