  • For the salmon appetizer, blend the smoked salmon with cream cheese, whipping cream, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the mixture in a piping bag with a star tip and serve on crackers, decorate with fresh dill.
  • For the tuna appetizer, mix the tuna with cream cheese, serrano pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve on salted crackers and decorate with an olive.
  • For the tree-shaped appetizer, cut triangles of panela cheese the size of the crackers. Cut strips of serrano ham and star-shaped peppers.
  • Place the panela cheese on a cracker, decorate with strips of serrano ham, star-shaped peppers, and parsley.
  • For the brie appetizer, mix the orange marmalade with the rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  • Spread the crackers with a bit of marmalade and place a slice of brie on top.
  • For the salami and cheese appetizer, mix the cream cheese with the bacon, chives, and season.
  • On a non-stick plastic sheet, place slightly overlapping slices of salami. Spread the cream cheese dip and, using the non-stick plastic, roll it up, refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut into rolls 1 cm thick and place on crackers.
  • For the shrimp and bacon appetizer, mix the mayonnaise with the chipotle pepper. Set aside.
  • Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat and add the shrimp, cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Place a bit of the chipotle dressing on a cracker, add shrimp, and decorate with finely chopped cilantro.
  • Serve the different appetizers on a large plate.
