Appetizer Meatballs Served with Chipotle Sauce

These beef meatballs are accompanied by a creamy chipotle sauce. They are a great option for snacking as making them small allows for a delicious bite.

  • 500 grams ground beef

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the meat, cilantro, jalapeño, egg, breadcrumbs, 2/3 of the garlic, and salt. Form 20 small meatballs.
  • Place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Blend the mayonnaise, remaining garlic, and chipotle. Serve the meatballs with this sauce.
