500 grams ground beef
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 Jalapeño chile, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 cups breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the meat, cilantro, jalapeño, egg, breadcrumbs, 2/3 of the garlic, and salt. Form 20 small meatballs.
Place them in a greased baking dish.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Blend the mayonnaise, remaining garlic, and chipotle. Serve the meatballs with this sauce.
