1 cup peanut butter
1 cup walnuts
1 cup watermelon, diced

Cut the top off the apple using a knife.
Remove the core and seeds from the apples with a parisienne scoop or a spoon, leaving only the apple flesh.
Fill the apples with peanut butter, add chopped or diced nuts, pumpkin seeds, diced watermelon, and a little shredded coconut.
Decorate with edible flowers and serve.
