Arugula Tapas with Brie Cheese and Canadian Bacon

  • 1 baguette, cut into medium-thick slices
  • 4 tablespoons Oli de Nutrioli® olive oil
  • 1 Brie cheese, (200 g) cut into slices
  • 200 grams canadian bacon
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2/3 cups Oli de Nutrioli® olive oil

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the baguette slices with 4 tablespoons of Nutrioli® Olive Oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. Set aside.
  • Place a slice of brie cheese on each piece of bread and broil for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the Canadian bacon and a bit of arugula. Set aside.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix the balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Emulsify with Nutrioli® Olive Oil.
  • Serve the tapas with the vinaigrette.
