Put the flour, salt, and water in a container, mix for a few minutes and then add the yeast, knead, and let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
After 30 minutes, form a ball with the dough and let it rest for 90 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
Bake the bread at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
For the ranch sauce: Put a tablespoon of lemon juice into the warmed milk and let it rest for 10 minutes, similarly add a few drops of lemon to the sour cream.
Mix the sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, herbs, and spices in a bowl, mix everything, and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Cut the bread into small squares, fill the gaps in the bread with the ranch sauce, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
Gratin in the oven and serve.
