  • 5 grams salt
  • 150 milliliters water
  • 2 grams active yeast
  • 1 glass mayonnaise
  • 1 glass Lala® sour cream, with a bit of lemon juice
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 1/2 bunches chives
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 120 grams cheddar cheese
  • 250 grams bacon

  • Put the flour, salt, and water in a container, mix for a few minutes and then add the yeast, knead, and let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
  • After 30 minutes, form a ball with the dough and let it rest for 90 minutes covered with a damp cloth. Bake the bread at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
  • For the ranch sauce: Put a tablespoon of lemon juice into the warmed milk and let it rest for 10 minutes, similarly add a few drops of lemon to the sour cream. Mix the sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, herbs, and spices in a bowl, mix everything, and let it rest in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the bread into small squares, fill the gaps in the bread with the ranch sauce, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
  • Gratin in the oven and serve.
