1 Brie cheese, round
1 leaf puff pastry
1 egg, beaten with a fork to brush the puff pastry
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons cranberries
1 teaspoon rosemary
4 tablespoons almonds, crushed or chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the blueberries, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
On a flat surface, sprinkle a little flour and roll out the puff pastry to make a thin sheet.
Place the blueberry mixture in the center of the puff pastry and put the brie cheese on top.
Brush the edges of the puff pastry with a little egg and fold over the brie like a gift.
Turn the wrapped brie over and decorate with pieces of puff pastry. Brush everything with the egg.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
Remove and cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
