Baked Brie

A baked brie cheese inside a puff pastry with dried fruits, honey, and rosemary. An exquisite and simple snack to prepare, ideal for any celebration or important dinner where you want to impress.

  • 1 Brie cheese, round
  • 1 leaf puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten with a fork to brush the puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons almonds, crushed or chopped walnuts

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the blueberries, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
  • On a flat surface, sprinkle a little flour and roll out the puff pastry to make a thin sheet.
  • Place the blueberry mixture in the center of the puff pastry and put the brie cheese on top.
  • Brush the edges of the puff pastry with a little egg and fold over the brie like a gift.
  • Turn the wrapped brie over and decorate with pieces of puff pastry. Brush everything with the egg.
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
  • Remove and cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
