Breaded Cheese Sticks with Potato Chips

These cheese sticks breaded with potato chips are one of everyone's favorite party snacks because we all love them, especially when they are covered in spicy chips. If you are a beginner in the kitchen, starting with snack recipes, like making cheese sticks, will be very easy.

  • 500 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup Cheetos, flamin hot
  • 1 cup Takis, fire
  • 1 cup Chips Fuego
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • flour, for breading
  • egg, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • buffalo sauce, for serving
  • blue cheese dressing, for serving

  • On a cutting board, cut the cheese into moderately thick sticks. Set aside.
  • Place the cheetos, chips, and takis in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin to pulverize.
  • In a bowl, mix the powdered potatoes with the flour and bread crumbs.
  • Bread the cheese sticks by first dipping them in flour, then in egg, and finally in the potato mixture; press them well.
  • Freeze the cheese sticks for about 30 minutes or until they are solid.
  • Fry the cheese sticks in a pot with hot oil, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing.
