Brie Cheese Filled Wontons with Jam

Delicious recipe for wonton dough filled with brie cheese accompanied by apricot jam with guajillo chili.

  • 16 wonton dough
  • 300 grams Brie cheese
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 guajillo chiles, chopped
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • Thaw the wonton dough and place it on a clean surface.
  • Place a piece of rindless brie cheese in each wonton and fold to form a triangle, sealing well with your fingers to prevent it from opening while frying.
  • Heat oil for frying in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
  • Cook the wontons until golden and crispy, remove from the oil, and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  • In a small pot, heat the jam with the guajillo chili.
