  • Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
  • Mix the garlic powder with the onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sea salt until combined.
  • In a bowl, coat the almonds with the melted coconut oil. Then add the spice mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the almonds onto a baking sheet, making sure to spread them across the entire surface. Bake for 8 minutes at 190 °C, remembering to stir the almonds occasionally for even browning.
