Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic with a little olive oil until transparent. Add the mushrooms, let the liquid reduce, add the cream cheese, season with Maggi sauce, cilantro, and salt if necessary. Let cool and set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 1 cm. Using a round cutter with a diameter of 5 cm, cut out several circles. In half of the circles, make a hole in the center with another cutter of 3 cm in diameter.
