Deviled Eggs

Delicious Southern-style deviled eggs. Very easy to prepare, you can make them for your whole family and they will love them. They are an excellent snack.

  • 7 eggs , cooked and peeled
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • pickles, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to the egg yolks, and mix in the mustard until well combined. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill your egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  • Garnish with paprika or, if you prefer, with pickles.
