10 slices baguette
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups mascarpone cheese
1/4 cups blue cheese
serrano hams
figs
arugula
balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven to high and place the oven rack at the top.
On a baking sheet, place all the slices of bread and brush with olive oil.
Put in the oven until slightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the slices and return to the oven for another minute.
Set the bread aside.
Combine the cheeses.
Spread the cheese mixture on the slices of bread, arrange some fig slices on top, then the serrano ham, and finally some arugula leaves.
Drizzle some balsamic on top.
Arrange the bruschettas on a tray and serve.
