Greek Yogurt and Dill Snacks

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter , cubed
  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1/4 cups fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream

  • Combine the first six ingredients in the mixing bowl. Add the cold cubed butter and mix into the dry ingredients on medium speed until the butter becomes soft. Add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and dill, and gradually mix until combined.
  • On a floured baking sheet, mix by hand until the last dry bits are combined. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 thick. Cut the snacks and place them on wax paper on a lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer.
  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF. When the oven is ready, remove the snacks from the freezer, brush with cream, and bake for 16-18 minutes, rotating the baking sheet at the 10-minute mark.
