Pear and Cheese Canapés

For a gathering, family or with friends, enjoy these delicious pear and gouda cheese canapés. You'll see they will fly off the table at the party.

  • 4 slices sliced bread
  • 1 pear, ripe
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 100 grams Gouda cheese
  • 100 centiliters cow's milk
  • salt , and pepper
  • 16 black olives

  • Melt the cheese cut into small cubes with the milk over very low heat.
  • Cut the pear into small cubes and soak in lemon juice.
  • When the cheese has melted and is creamy and thick, add the pear, turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
  • Cut each slice of bread into four parts and cover each one with a bit of that mixture, do it quickly before the mixture cools down.
  • Garnish each canapé with an olive.
