4 slices sliced bread
1 pear, ripe
1 lemon juice
100 grams Gouda cheese
100 centiliters cow's milk
salt , and pepper
16 black olives
Preparation

Low
Melt the cheese cut into small cubes with the milk over very low heat.
Cut the pear into small cubes and soak in lemon juice.
When the cheese has melted and is creamy and thick, add the pear, turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
Cut each slice of bread into four parts and cover each one with a bit of that mixture, do it quickly before the mixture cools down.
Garnish each canapé with an olive.
