Cut the chorizo into small cubes and put it in a skillet to cook.
Break the eggs and beat them a little with a fork, add the pieces of potato, season with salt and pepper, and add the chorizo.
In a hot skillet with oil, pour in the mixture; when you see that a firm crust has formed on the bottom, flip the tortilla.
