Stuffed Boiled Eggs

You won't find an easier and more practical recipe than this. It’s perfect to serve as a snack, appetizer, or for a midday lunch.

  • 12 eggs, cooked
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • green lettuces, sliced

  • Boil the eggs in a pot with boiling water for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them so the yolk doesn't turn black.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks; place them in a small bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise and mustard, mix well with the yolks, mashing with a fork.
  • Fill the center of each egg; sprinkle it with paprika.
  • Slice the lettuce lengthwise into strips, placing some in each egg. This will add freshness to the dish.
