12 eggs, cooked
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cups mustard
1/4 teaspoons paprika
green lettuces, sliced

Boil the eggs in a pot with boiling water for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them so the yolk doesn't turn black.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks; place them in a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise and mustard, mix well with the yolks, mashing with a fork.
Fill the center of each egg; sprinkle it with paprika.
Slice the lettuce lengthwise into strips, placing some in each egg. This will add freshness to the dish.
